Upgrade Discounts

Quixly gives you the ability to offer your customers "Upgrade Discounts". You can find this feature on the "Files" page in Quixly. Select any file, and click the "Settings" button in the sidebar. Then click the "Discounts" tab in the drop down.

Upgrade Discounts are for customers who have already purchased a different product and you would like to offer them a discount on this product. The customer will enter their Download URL & Email from their prior purchase to prove they are eligible for this discount.

You will need to be sure to use the "Upgrade URL" when directing customers to the special "Upgrade Purchase Page". This will ensure they get a chance to fill out the "Upgrade Discount Form" to apply the discount.

You can limit which customers are eligible for the discount by setting a date restriction. Also you can limit eligibility to a specific file or any file. This will require a customer to have previously purchased the file you have selected in oder to be eligible for the discount.
