Hello,

I am a former customer who keeps receiving notifications from PayPal about the use of IPN by you. I have disabled IPN on my side so I'm wondering if you are somehow pinging PayPal even though my account is closed? The notice says:

Hello Breakaway Vending Pty Ltd,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:

https://taleist.quixly.com/paypal/[REMOVED KEY]

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.

Once you or your service provider fix this problem, you or your service provider can resend the failed messages from the IPN History page. If this problem continues, PayPal may disable the IPN feature for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Thanks,

PayPal

    Hey Steven!

The way IPN works is on every single money transaction through Paypal... paypal will send out a request to the IPN URL (that's us). If you have closed your quixly account, go ahead and remove the Quixly URL from your IPN settings and you'll be all set :)

    Thanks!!
    Drew
