Google Checkout Terms of Service Danger ?

Is there any danger in simply dropping a purchase link from Quixly into a self made image on my site ?

I'm not sure if I understand the Google Checkout ToS agreement ? Am I required to plug your link into their buy button ?

Any advice in this area ? I hear nightmare stories about suddenly losing the Google Checkout service due to unintentionally violating their agreement. I can't have that happen.
